E-mails to privacy@inkycloud.click are kept for up to 365 days after the request is closed.

Server logs

The reverse proxy (Traefik) logs IP address, time, requested URL, user agent and referrer, for operation and security. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

• Traefik access logs are kept for at most 7 days.
• Container (Docker/nginx) logs are capped at 3 × 10 MB and deleted on every deployment.

We cannot link log entries to a specific person unless you give us your IP address and the time of your visit (Art. 11(2) GDPR).

Aggregated traffic statistics

Coolify Sentinel on the same server computes aggregate statistics from the access log: truncated IP (/24 IPv4, /48 IPv6), city and country via a local GeoLite2 database, path, browser, OS, device type, user agent and referrer. No full IPs are stored.

• Hourly aggregates are kept for 30 days.
• Daily aggregates are kept for 395 days.

Geolocation: GeoLite2 data by MaxMind (maxmind.com)

Cookies and tracking

No cookies, no tracking or analytics scripts in the browser. The page loads nothing from third parties.

Recipients and processors

• Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany): hosting.
• coolLabs Solutions Kft. (Hungary): Coolify Cloud server management.
• Cloudflare, Inc.: DNS and Email Routing for privacy@inkycloud.click. E-mails are forwarded to the controller's Gmail mailbox, so Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC also receive them. Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC participate in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ, https://uoou.gov.cz).
